Anyway start with morning 1st... woke up late cuz slept real late last night. Around 11. Then slacked a bit and left soon for Seng Tong's wedding lunch (my cousin's cousin) at Swissotel The Stanford (apparently Swissotel bought it over right?) Ya but the place was very nice and posh. I went to the toilet and it was like super posh and nice... so luxurious that I even think it thrashes my bedroom... (1st trip to heaven) Anyway the food was very good too...
After that my relatives and I headed to Suntec. While we were walking past Citylink, my pri 4 cousin skated his way into this belgian chocolate shop which sells chocolates for $12.00 per 100 grams (which is about like 15 mint slices weight). Anyway my uncle really bought that expensive chocolate for him, and when the weight of 10 dark choco slices he wanted din add up to 100g, my uncle asked us each to choose a choco of our choice. I choose this white chocolate with hazelnut thingy, which was heavenly!!! The hazelnut was like grounded and solidified so it wasn't a nut and it made it so yummy!!!!! (2nd trip)
Then after that met up with Janelle and we went shopping at Suntec for gifts for my production crew. Finally bought some things from happy house for some girls, but couldn't find other budget stuff for others so we headed to JP instead. Yup then settled eveything there. Oh ya I also took 250 buckaroos from my dad to buy a watch... (need a new one old one spoiling...) then saw this very very nice watch at Citylink (backtrack a bit) but thought too ex ($249) so went JP to look instead. Then saw this somewhat similar same brand watch for $60 only. After much hesitation I finally bought it. Though I kind of suspected the uncle cheated me of $$ cuz he seemed a bit very happy after the transaction was sealed... the staff at the shop too... hmm if they dare cheat me their shop will close down!!!! And they will have lots of bad luck &*$&^%(*@#$%!@$^&
Then after eaching home I finally finished up the cookie from pam and evange (which is very ncie may I add) and also the Hilton Singapore cheesecake from my dearest prez Jane! It was soooooooooooo good I can't describe it to you. Yupz, thanks for all the trouble and effort Jane! (3rd trip)
Tml got exco elections for j1s... hope to have a good exco. Gotta write little notes for my crew now. Nitey!

Din blog for the whole of this week cuz I had to prepare for 'The Odd Couple', the HCJC ELDDFS annual production for 2004. Yup, was very busy for the whole of last week and I arived home very late each night except for Monday. But on Monday I still had to rush out my econs S essay which had to be submitted on Thursday. Ya so I ended up sleeping real late each night from Monday to yesterday.
Anyway now that production is over, it also means the end of the exco term of me. It's a little bittersweet. Sweet cuz I can finally relinquish all my commitments of CCA (means less staying back late after school and also no more stress from having to deal with CCA... But also this means no mroe chances to work with my wonderful exco (though we had our rough times too) especially my dear president Jane, vice-prez Johnny, my very hardworking and essential co-drama head Sheryl (you go girl! you're more than a vice... u worked so hard for this) and also film head Hui Xin, with ur motherly character you have brought much joy to the exco. You guys rock!
Anyway production was a great success. Although we din have very fantastic ticket sales like last year (ya even the 2nd full dress was a show), but I think everyone has benefitted from having to rush out the production in what, 5 weeks? Ya all the cast put in so much hard work rehearsing and put up such a good show, the pub, ticketing duo, make-up and costume crew, and also my dear dear backstage crew... you all slogged your asses off ya! I think I have grown much going into this production.
In any case, now that the hols are here I deserve a good rest and definitely more sleep. And also soon it's time to mug. but nevertheless, I am so looking forward to choosig the next exco, the PPP and of course the wonderful JTS!!!
Terence pens his legacy at 12:13 PM Woke up late today... dun like such days cuz I feel like I only have half the day left, which is quite necessarily equates the day to a useless one. Ya but anyway after playing a bit of SG, had to go down to stage club (our tecaher's drama club) to paint flats (not boards or panels or whatever u all call it... the 'professional term is flats, not boards' <--(to quote my teacher) ).
It's at bukit timah there, somewhere near SCGS and SJI (malcom road). Ya so I was late and din noe where it was and called johnny for help. He described like 95% of the route to me, which I followed correctly. After climbing a long flight of stairs up a hill, I was supposed to turn right but I turned left (he din tell me where to turn :S) and I ended up walking ard in circles until I called Sheryl for help :S Stage Club was this old colonial house thingy...
Ya but painting was fun tho it was hot and humid. And surprisingly it ended pretty early ard 4 plus... thought it would drag to 5 so that means more SG time for me haha...
Anyway next week is going to be one hectic week. Those who are coming to Odd Couple, hope u guys like it. Yupz yupz

Ok so today ended pretty fast and good, except got econs S or else i would be better :( But anyway went to watch Yang Guang You Miao, SA's version of Hua Cheng Yue Yun. And it was surprisingly good! I gotta say their chinese drama standard is pretty comparable to ours if not better. Ya so good job SA CS! (Unlike their english drama... a bit (~_~) ) Ya but anywayz went to eat KFC for supper after tt as a form of like 'mini celebration'? Haha. Ya so feeling a bit bloated now and cannot sleep :S
Anyway Odd Couple is next week. Tix are selling out fast esp for Sat so ppl if u all still wanna go lemme noe quick k? SO I can book like good seats for u all. Yupz :D Nitez then and hope Odd Couple is a success!

Yup, I din go for the chem remedial but tt was only because KK went home 1/2way through the day and our grp has not completed the organic section of the 1st worksheet even haha... (I did my part liao, it's the rest who haven't do)
Anyway alsowanted to say how happy I was yesterday when I went cheering for the bball finals at Toa Payoh. First up was the girls' match. We were like leading all the way but never once did our girls give up and they fought all the way to secure a good win. And all this while, all the HC-ians were cheering their lungs, hearts and souls out for the team and the HC spirit was so felt by everyone in both beige and black and blue. Yeah!
But our luck din carry over for the guys' match though, as SA were leading from the start. but still the HC-ians were constantly cheering... which was commendable. Though I had to leave 1/2way for the NEFMQ, I left the stadium with a newfound spirit for my college, and I'm glad I did.
Ya, but the quiz wasn't very wonderful though. The qns were, somewhat near to impossible. heh but I gave my best, so hope the best comes to me in due time. Oh well *cross fingers*. Tml is yang guang you miao... hope it is nice.

Anyway wanted to say a few things that have been on my mind... everytime I go to econs S I feel very insecure, maybe becos the ppl there are very zai3 and I feel stressed that I may say sth wrong, make a grave mistake etc, ya but just feel that way most of the time. (wt if u're reading pls dun like tell qi shan or hui shan or whoeva u noe wad i mean ya...) Sometimes I try to tell myslef not to judge my success (or lack thereof) by other ppl's own success as the playing field is never equal, and more so each of us.
Sometimes it works for me. Mostly it doesn't. I feel so pressured sometimes to want to do like so so well just to probably keep whatever is left of my 'face'? I dunno... just depressed when the above-mentioned fails. Anyway was glad tt I settled some things today which I have promised others I would. It's just tt for the JBP CIP hor, the person's email not valid liao... so maybe no verification letter for us leh... heh, not my fault hor? haha

I din turn on my com for the whole weekend until now (achievement no.1) and I spent the whole of yesterday mugging at home and completed a few tutorials!! (achievement no.2) Ya then this morning I woke up pretty early... also dunno why I'm not tired when I slept quite late last night. But anyway that gave me more time to mug
(For those ppl rolling their eyes pls stop cuz I'm really lagging in some tutorials liao... dun make it worse :S heh)
Then today went to celebrate zy's bday. Had lots of fun playing pool though I was super off form today... damn! haha but still had fun when we were playing cards kater on at jan's lounge... so long never the 5 of us meet n play liao finally today can. Took photos of the 5 of us too, which is like the 1st time. And OMG zy's hair so long liao.. like those gek sey taiwanese boy bands haha...

Wanted to blog last night... blogger just wouldn't publish it =n=''' Anyway watched 50 1st dates last night at west mall... at ard 9 om liddat. I noe it's like the ultimate slowness but no time mah wad to do haha... anyway it was so very nice and funny... loved the hawaiian fren of adam sandler... damn gao xiao... Anyway the show brought home many messages... but I din really like the ending, was hoping for drew berrymore to recover or sth
Anyway now tt week 8 is over, I just hope week 9 and 10 would pass as quickly too... *cross fingers in prayer of hols coming faster*

It was pretty good... well done ppl! Ya... and it was like over in the blink of an eye, just met at 12.40, slack a bit, walk a bit, perform perform then over liao haha. Unlike back in CSS when we had sooooooo many days of rehearsals and long ones at tt. But looking back it was kind of fun la. Fooling ard, putting on disgusting white paint and all... it was fun
Ya now got to reallly get back to work... told myself to start work at 5... now already 5.20!! and haven't started!!

Terence pens his legacy at 10:25 PM Ok... nice new look that blogger got. Ya, long day as usual, but econs S wasn't draggy today (surprise surprise!!). Had quite a bit to absorb today, so a bit tiring, but at least it wasn't boring yup yup. Somehow I feel very good today, dunno why. Like really good... which is very rare (maybe I'm beginning to grow a bit of optimism in me haha)
Yup, this week could have been better if I had already completed my maths S and econs S homework (both due this thursday)... NOOOOO haha. Oh well I should stop bitching (did a lot of this today liao muhahaha). Buaizzz
Terence pens his legacy at 10:21 PM Dunno why morning so lazy to blog. Anyway yesterday celebrated mother's day with my mom and my relatives. Went to the SHATEC restaurant, Petals and ate a proper4 course western meal. Very nice, and very hao2 hua2. But also quite ex (ard $28 per pax). But I heard from my aunt that on non-special days (i.e. no motehr's day, no father's day etc) they have pretty cheap set meals (from about 10 plus dollars). Ya, the ambience there is very nice and soothing, can really sit there and chit chat for a very long time wan... maybe shld go there and eat one day?? Haha
Ya then after that my uncle decided to go jalan jalan, so we went to clarke quay. Ard 9.30 when we got there. Went to watch ppl do the reverse bungy jump at G-max. Students muz $25 lor... so ex. But watching the players get geared up and shot into the sky was in a way thrilling. Feel like trying it one day. Can't do the proper bungy where u jump off the cliff tt kind cuz doctors advised me agst it in view of my weak eye. May go blind. Reverse bungy shouldn't cause the same problems rite? haha
Then today woke up late as usual. Played a bit of comp, completed noz using wizard! Yay! So difficult to kill Hecubah with wizard u noe... Ya but anyway tried to do some homework. Dun think I did any yet. Then went to play badminton with jan n victor. We shifter house to Bukit Batok. Some trouble apparently at toh guan there where there is some relation to gangs and all... better not go there next time. Ya met some uncles who lived ard there. Both of them in fact quite good. But jan n I sort of thrashed one of the uncles pairing with a small boy (think the small boy hai4 him). The unlce also not very happy keep smashing the shutter straight at my body whenever he could... *shrug*
Yup yup tt's abt all. Thx for putting up with all my ranting... juz have a lot to say this time haha. Feeling a little less stressed than last week, but production coming... Oh well it's back to analogue electronics.
Terence pens his legacy at 9:21 PM Just a quick one. Thursday had SYF rehearsal at CHDC. When I stepped into the centre, so mnay memories flodded me. A little not looking forward but also looking forward to production. Hope this year it will run well under me.
Had scrabble comp on Friday. Ass got thrashed haha. A combination of bad tiles (no S, no Y, no blank) and tough opponents. Shrug. But it was all good. Made me realise there's always a mountain higher than than tall ones. Yup. Then when to watch SA's english drama production. VERY DISAPPOINTED! So mnay errors in line delivery (by the lead actress only tt is) and so many blocking errors. Luckily the saints made up majority of the audience, or else it would a laughing stock. "The Odd Couple" wouldn't be tt bad I promise... MUZ COME HOR EVERYONE!

Ya failed my standing broad jump while the rest passed, so a bit wasted. Then if I wanted to retest I would have to do all 6 items all over agin. yes, all 6 including 2.4... (WTH!!! :S)
Anyway will try my best to train up for SBJ and hopefully clear it before school closes (I gave myself one month la, hope it's enuf to clear it. I'm short of 20 cm from my goal btw...) Sigh...
Anyway I am in PES C2, meaning I am exempted from IPPT, so that means NAPFA I dun pass nvm right?? haha. I try to use that as a consolation, but I surely do hope that I can at least pass my NAPFA. Yup
Anyway juz wanted to say I have been having very strange dreams lately. On Monday it was about some erotic scene at a carpark (no i wasn't involved and no i din enjoy it...) and together with tt dream some strange deja vu of me chasing after a bus and Hydrogen atoms... haha too stressed from chem. Then this morning had a dream of kp n hr coming to HC then feeling lost then later meeting a grp of ppl (dunno from where) then they go off with them leaving me... :( haha... Ya dunno wad they mean anyway sighz.
And today while doing pull-up my head hurt like hell... dunno what's wrong... body so many problems, wad's new?

Anyway today was a fun day for me. Had Scrabble competition this afternoon. Did pretty well in today's round. 210. My best record yet :). Heh. Elyse din win America's Next Top Model. Cuz she's too intelligent??!! wth. And adrienne won... shrugs.
Terence pens his legacy at 11:26 PM Today was fun. Morning went to jan's lounge to study. Then afternoon we xin xue lai chao decided to go to NTUC to buy ingredients to cook our own lunch. We bought quite some stuff and ya, got down to cooking. I am quite proud of myself actually. I fried some ham, a ham n mushroom omelette, some fired noodles (which ended up tasteless because there was too much noodle... :'() and my best dish, broccoli n spinach in oyster sauce!! First time cooking summore, and my veggies came out nice - not too soft, not too hard and tasty! *Grinz*
Ya tt's abt today. had lots of fun messing up the kitchen haha. Spent about 1 1/2 hrs cooking and it was hot and oily and all but it was good fun. Will cook again one day!
Terence pens his legacy at 8:22 PM Today was a very meaningful day for me. I went to visit Guo Qiang in the early noon. Then he told me he is going to his friend's house to celebrate his friend's birthday. I had already changed when he called and told me, so I told him I would accompany him to the birthday party. When we arrived, I was a little surprised to see only gq, his friend and another classmate. So that makes only 4 ppl (plus a calafare me) celebrating his birthday. His friend is a PRC btw and another is a girl. All they did was play computer games (which I brought for gq wan anyway), ate some cake and some ice-cream and played badminton downstairs after that. Although it was a small gathering and was very simple, but I could feel the strong friendship between them. It sort of reminded me of a childhood I wanted to have. Ya, I didn't have very close friends in primary school back then. But their joy and happiness spilled over o me, though I didn't understand what they were talking about when they were discussing abt certain ppl in their school but I found myself laughing along with them. Child innocence.
Anyway I headed home at ard 4, to meet Janelle for badminton. When we arrived at the courts (there were 2 in my neighbourhood), they were all occupied. One was by a group of boys playing sepak tekraw (so rare to see ppl playing tt nowadays) and the other by victor's friend and his kids and niece and nephews. They allowed us to join in so we played rotating doubles initially, then moved on to 4v4 and subsequently 5v5. One of the boys was very skilled. School player. Might even be better than me haha. Ya, although I din get to take many shots (I volunteered to stand at the back all the time to let the others play) and din run ard a lot, but it was a very ncie match. Half the time I was trying to teach some of the kids how to serve, hit etc, and i kept shouting encouraging words to them. I felt good after the matches though. Ya. Very meaningful day indeed.
Tml studying again. I promised myself no more interruptions like badminton and table tennis tml, so as to allow myslef to complete my tutorials and prepare for timed assignment. Hope I can accomplish them tml! :) For now slack 1st hehz...
