Yesterday just picked up my stack of holiday homework, and desperately completed trapezium rule and a bit of the chem... then realised that my hand feels so strange writing again... cham
Haiz then today my clique of friends all go bugis the guan yin temple to fan1 tai4 sui4... I didn't join them becuz I was very tired (woke up real early this morning 7+ awaken by my bro who asked me to join him for breakfast at mac's... :|) and also becuz of my religion I didn't want to go to the temple...
So I'm stuck at home... and com no games to play so sian... have to find homework to accompany me. So sad rite....

Juz came back from the polyclinic. Went to collect a blood test report that was supposed to be due 2.5 months ago.
Went there and just started firig the machine gun i call my mouth. Just scolded and scolded people. (Not really scold la, just had an unhappy tone and was very firm in my words...)
Then later realised that the doctor i visited 3 months ago was a bai3 wu1 long2... there wasn't supposed to be another report that was due...
So paiseh... raked up the whole laboratory to help me find my medical record file

Terence pens his legacy at 12:52 PM Heya ppl... just got back from the christmas celebration at Tpcc. A very bittersweet party it was.
Everyone was so happy eating, playing and of course the kids were so excited to get their presents! But alas, the tpcc is shutting down and it is really sad to say goodbye from some of the kids and volunteers. Some kids might be a little noisy and disobedient at times, but they are all adorable (ok la... except some).

Haiz just came back from a bbq cum camping at East Coast Park with my fam and relatives. So tired cause I only slept 3 hours this morning.
But also very happy last night... played tong1 xiao1 mahjong. And win a bit hehe :) ($1 only so no treats or anything)
Haiz then now come back home liao also a bit sian... nothing much to do...
Xmas must be happy leh... somehow the mood is not getting to me....
Probably it's the grim realisation that school is starting soon... with SAT on 24 jan, Dramafeste on 14/15 Feb, SYF on 21 May, Production on 30 May, S Paper classes, J2 syllabus....

While I was downloading stuff, I got some tiem to reflect again... and here are soem thoughts.
When I look at Kazaa and BitTorrent, I see both trying to dl the file aqap
When I play Dark Deeds in WC3, I see the weed and the barley both trying and competing to fill up the field
When I study, I find myself torn between Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Econs (sadly GP no... haha)
And all these made me realise one thing: In our so competitive world, sometimes the success of one has to depend on the demise of another. Plusing one point here means minusing one point off there.
So is it easy to be God? No...
I feel he has one of the toughest job... having to try his best to balance the World and making sure evryone or everythign is equal...
But sometimes maybe things don't always turn out equal... or at least I dun feel so...
But i always take refuge in the fact that I hope God is fair and equalises everyone... If I'm short, ugly, un-sporty... I will maybe one day be smart? rich?
Haiz but all these are just thoughts... maybe the world isn't meant to be fair? Maybe a few people must be minuses to make the pluses stand out?

Today I supposed to go to school for CCA Day briefing. I had to go cause the prez n vice prez not free... It is at 9 am la... then I go there wait at the place for 1/2 hour still no sign of the briefing starting. All I see is the councillors celebrating someone's birthday. Haiz...
Why my life so cham wan... then when I going home that time got stomachache... wah.... then too despo until go KAP settle... haiz

Tomorrow going to play badminton with an sort if old friend. Very long never play liao... haha... later get thrashed. Very long also never exercise liao.
Army coming soon lo. After A levels then must go in soon liao. Haiz... what to do? My puny and useless arms can't pull my weight up... How ar?
Haiz... don't think too much better. Maybe a miracle might just happen. Maybe...
Terence pens his legacy at 10:58 PM Haiz... so bored, that's why decided to blog. Spent the whole day today watching recorded shows that I missed while in Australia. Other than that, pretty bored.
In the morning played a few rounds of bridge as well... but sometimes I feel like I am always doing the wrong thing and that I a bit dui bu qi my partner...
Then I stop and think. I always feel this way. Why do I always feel like I am some burden to others? Why do I always feel inferior? Why do i always feel like I have to account for my every single move, and answer for every decision I make?
Haiz... Sometimes not being too full of yourself is good.... but sometimes too much of that turns negative. Sometimes I wonder if people know I feel this way... that I sort of have an inferior complex.
Maybe all they see is this confident and jumpy Terence that will have no problems

Terence pens his legacy at 6:38 PM Yet another post... sorry for bring so talkative today.... just had a lot of time to reflect while sitting in front of my com.
I used to think that I have a lot of the world, know a lot of things and am in the know... I used to think that just because I have once lived through really poor times, have been to work before at the age of 14, have been in a not so good co-ed school and am able to get into the top jc and have friends that are homosexual means that I have seen a lot of the world.
I am so WRONG.
After reading some of my friends' blogs and after thinking of what is happening in their lives, I begin to feel like maybe I'm not the know-all I think I am. Maybe I am just a young, naive boy sitting on my own throne.
Sometimes I feel quite excluded. I admit to liking a bit of attention... shows me that I am still appreciated... but sometimes it might be this that makes me feel paranoid about how my friends are treating me.... this is not a "please-pay-more-attention-to-me" wake-up call fro my friends... please continue to treat me like as was. I just wanna voice out my thoughts....
Anywayz, I feel better just knowing someone out there might chance upon this entry and share similar sentiments as me... maybe then, just maybe, that person can share my woes or at least teach me how to better handle the wretched life I have....

Hmm... just decided to blog since I am d/l-ing stuff and am bored. Haiz. Just wanna say how the hols are starting to feel boring now that OASIS is over... but then again I don't want the hols to end... the thought of shuffling my feet from tutorial classes to lectures and CCAs and SAT and stuff just puts my mind in a whirl... ARGH!!!!
Haiz... sometimes I wonder why we study so hard... is it because we have to? society forces us to? not to let our parents down? Haiz... as I was talking to some other friends from other countries during my trip to Australia, I realised how much more stressed we are... I mean yes, we probably live better lives but at a very large expense indeed... and anyway I can't put a finger on the definition of better lives... so wad the heck.
Just hope life ends soon.... haiz
Terence pens his legacy at 9:39 PM Yay I'm back in Singapore (actually Mon reach liao but too lazy to update hehe). Ok juz to round up the trip... saturday was fun cause there were no lessons and all we did was present our projects (mine sucked... spotted ppl sleeping while I was presenting haha) den at night we had cultural performances. Quite fun to see al the countries perform, tho I think Singapore (we did mass dances) was the best. Haha.
Then Sunday we went to Great Ocean Road. Really nice scenery and nice weather. Then as we went past all the suburban areas, I found myself liking the countryside small town kind of lifestyle. Haiz... not like Singapore busy busy everyday.
Then on Monday we had some free time in the morning so woon teng, ming jun and I went to Crown Arcade and we played DDR there. Damn fun but also made me realise how sucky i was haha... nevertheless we still had fun lor. Then after all that jumping we had lunch and had to depart from the college. Then some of the malysians and indians who were leaving later than us cam eto see us off. Some of my newly made frens were like near to crying and all... was really a bittersweet scene there. But it was all good la... the trip was a really meaningful one... making me realise how hostel life would be like and the cultures and aspirations of ppl worldwide.
Well then... now that I am back in Singapore, I hope to go out wif my frens more... really miss them. Also feel like chiong-ing all the food. Haiz. Also realsie that school is starting soon... so hope to make full use of the rest of the hols. Bye for now!

Just wanted to say that we had a talk kind of thing this afternoon with a Nobel Laureate (supposed to be damn cool la) but was pretty boring that I fell asleep. Haha. Ya... tml will be slack day! No more lectures liao. Tml morning we r supposed to present our project den afternoon I think free time. Night time will be cultural night! Ya... S'poreans we are dancing our respective mass dances den singing a song together. So ya... hope to see what other countries perform as well. Okiez. Byez for now.

Haha... heylo. More free time today. To work on project actually, which I will do later. Ya... Nothing much to say now... yesterday went to Melb zoo. Was pretty ok cuz got many animals that I have never seen in my life. Mainly aussie wildlife like kangaroos, wollibees, koalas, wombats n platypus. Ya... den after that at night we went to a theatre to watch a musical drama kind of thing called "we will rock you". V good show. I absolutely loved it !!! :):) Yupz... right now have to work a little mroe on project damn sian... haiz. Come back n update later. Byez

Now is Thursday morning... we are supposed to work on an individual project that we need to present to our groups but mine I koped everything from somewhere so now I am slacking and can blog haha.... Anywayz, ya yesterday was pretty cool cuz we went out the whole day ( = no lectures... actually one la). The morning we split up and went on industry visits. I went to this hospital to see some X-ray and catscan and PET scan stuff, but we also had a lecture when we got there... one hour long u noe! (I was sleeping la haha). Ya... the only redeeming quality is that we saw some cool machines that probably we wun get to see again. Yupz.
Then afternoon we went shopping! Ya... I only bought a shirt for my cousin... other than that like nth else to buy.... then we also stopped by Swanston Street (this really long and like their man city street kind of thing) and also did some shopping there. I wondered off alone 1/2way but it pretty nice just walking alone in the city and absorbing the essence of it.
Then we had dinner (chinese cuisine) at this like super large chinese restaurant but the food was pretty disappointing (u noe how usually chinese dinners at large restaurants are like at least 8 course... this one was 4). Then after dinner we went to Queen Victoria market, which if I haven mentioned yet is this large pasar malam style flea market. Bought a few key chains and stuff there. Yupz. so yesterday was till pretty ok lor. Today in the afternoon we are going to the Melb zoo, which should be pretty interesting cuz got many new animals never see b4. So ya... update u some other time! :)
Terence pens his legacy at 7:28 AM Yo ho! Got some free time after a prac session, so decided to blog. Haha yesterday and today we just did some pretty cool stuff. Yesterday we cut open cow's eyes (I know we cut sheep's one before but it's still the thrill of cutting open the eye haha) then we also got to be optometrists for 1 hour. The type where u ask people to sit and read letters from top down kind. Ya, quite cool.
Then yesterday night we also went to Melbourne's "science centre" called Scienceworks and the Planetarium. The exhibitions there a bit erm... ya... but there are the sports exhibitions that were in Singapore in about 1997. Playing them again was pretty fun... chong2 wen1. Ya... anywayz today we also did cool stuff about genes and DNA. We did like some kind of forensic DNA test, ya... dunnoe how to describe to u but ya... then we also examined the drosophila melanogaster (haha bio ppl I finally know!!!!). Ya quite cool. Yupz tt's all to update for now. Tonight will be free night. Probably going to the city area if possible. Hehe. Byez for now :)
Terence pens his legacy at 1:31 PM Yoz! It's Sunday night now, just got back from the ranch a few hours ago and finally have a bit of free time to blog and go online. Just wanna say how fun the ranch stay was. The scenery was like totally cool lah, with nice stretches of plains and mountains and also wild animals like horses. Budden also got a lot of horse shit and drosophila la, which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometimes :(. Budden overall was still damn good.
First day we reach there we never do much, except climb hills to far away and watch sunset as well as WILD horses grazing. So peaceful and pure... neer get to see in Singapore wan... Then that night also got campfire and we all (HC-ians) cuddled together in the V V cold wind and the whole group sang campfire songs... the warmth from the fire seemed more special due to the cold weather. haha.
Anywayz, the second day (yesterday) was cool as well. Morning I went horseriding. Not the usual commercialised type cause we really went like into the plains and stuff and we could get the horse to trot (slightly faster la at least) so ya... but again horse dung smell and drosophillaes spoilt some of the fun too :(. Then afternoon we went to the beach where Chee Yang, Jacky, Xuan Wei, Hui Qi, Ming Jun and I went to pick seashells along the coast. we also walked on some black super-spiky super-rocky rock formation. Really good foot "message"... but also quite fun.
Then after we got back the HC-ians all played volleyball together. Damn nice cause many of us just started learning so I din fell like extra or anything. And I had to keep climbing or rather squeezing through fences to pick stray balls cause only I am small and active enough. Ha. Ya, then today I went archery, flying fox (damn long queue = 2.5 hours Siao!) and also this giant swing thing. Also damn cool cause for a few seconds I felt like weightless and really thrilling. ( Long time no such feeling liao) But while pulling ropes to get ppl up for the swing, I got sunburned.... haiz. Anyway have to go sleep soon liao... Here 11 pm, other time den continue... byez for now.
Terence pens his legacy at 7:44 PM Yay!!!! After so long i have finally decided to update my blog. (hopefully it's not just this once :):)) Anyway I am typing this in Australia, so ya... kind of different. Anyway hor, this is the first time I actually have time to use the internet for our online diary and my other stuff.. The first few sessions I was supposed to have done it were all cancelled. "Damn!".
Just to update on Australia trip. The 1st 2 days were like real fun cuz we had time to like explore the city and do free and easy shopping and stuff. I spent like AUD$180 just on the 2 dats lor, damn sad. Tell u hor, the plain water here is like damn Ex, AUD$2.20 for 1.5 Litre bottle (= SGD$2.70 liddat for the maths idiots which is not me hehe :)). Ya, we saw things like The Yarra River which is supposed to be famous (not very clean though... worse than singapore River).
Then we also went to Queen Victoria market whcih is this giant pasar malm style of place. The things there cheaper than outside sell de stuff but still not very cheap though. Hmm, that's about the highlights of the 1st 2 dats.
Anywayz, the lectures here were slightly more interesting than Hwa Chong lectures la, at least by a bit lol. They have like super cool equipment and gadgets and whatnots that in singapore sure cannot see wan... so at least my $3100 is not totally lang4 fei4-ed. But hor the activities that the Trinity College organised for us were not as good as I expected. I was hoping for more fun stuff. But haiz, SCIENCE summer SCHOOL also won't fun until where lor, so... haiz.
But anyway, the meals here some were pretty good, espiecially on the formal welcome Dinner night. we still had waiters to serve us lo! And we just sat there like fat kings haha. Ya, but then again, the activities gave me more opportunities to know people on a more personal level, even people from my own college who I have not even seen or known prior to this trip. I do have to admit though that I am not exactly trying my best to mingle and get to know more international friends, which according to me was supposed to be my primary aim prior to this trip, but hopefully in due time ( oh no! not much time left!) it will be better. Haha.
Anyway, we are going to leave for Ace Hi Ranch this afternooon. Hopefully it will be fun and I will be able to experience or do things I have never done in my life before, like horseriding and flying fox and stuff. My life is like damn sad wan la... so many things never do before. :( Haha... For now nothing more to say. Hope to update my blog again soon. Thanks to all my zhong1 xin1 zi1 ci2 zhe3!!
